Do you ship to countries in the European Union?
Effective October 1, 2026, at 00:00 Central European Time (CEST), Scrapbook.com will no longer ship orders to countries in the European Union.
Why did Scrapbook.com stop shipping to the EU?
In July 2026, the EU introduced new customs duties on international parcels, with additional handling fees and requirements starting on November 1, 2026. These changes have made shipping to the EU more complex for us and more costly for our customers.
Will EU shipping be available again?
Not at this time. We're continuing to follow developments in EU customs regulations, and we would only consider resuming EU shipping if a workable solution becomes available.
