Product Questions & Answers

Scrapbook.com offers a feature called "Product Question and Answers". This allows prospective customers to ask a question about any product in the Scrapbook.com store and then get answers from verified owners of the product and manufacturer representatives. 

When you have a question about a product, just go to the product page in the Scrapbook.com Store and click the "Ask a Question" link on that page. Then you can submit your question. We will email verified owners of the product and manufacturer reps to ask them if they can answer your question. Our customer service staff will also be notified and can research and answer your question as well.  When an answer is posted, we'll notify you via email as well so you get quick, helpful answers to your questions. 

This new feature helps you get real answers from real crafters who have already purchased the products you are interested in and it will help you make more informed decisions about the products you purchase from Scrapbook.com.
