What do I do if I'm having trouble ordering?
We do everything we can to ensure that shopping with us is as simple and pleasant as possible, but technical issues can happen. If you're having trouble ordering, here are a few steps that might help:
- Check for Error Messages: Look for any error messages in red at the top of your screen. These will let you know what needs to be fixed before proceeding.
- Clear Your Cache: If you are unable to access the site or cannot get buttons on the site to work (i.e. "continue to checkout", "add to cart", etc.), clearing your cache may help. If you are using another device, do a quick online search for instructions specific to your browser (i.e. "how to clear cache and cookies" for Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
- Restart Your Internet Equipment: Turn off your modem and router for 60 seconds, then turn them back on.
