What do I do if I'm having trouble ordering?
We do everything we can to ensure that shopping with us is as simple and pleasant as possible. However, we both know that our computers sometimes have a mind of their own! If this occurs, here are a few options that might help solve the issues:
- Identify any error messages appearing in red at the top of your screen. This will indicate what needs to be fixed before proceeding with the order.
- If you are unable to access the site or cannot get buttons on the site to work (i.e. "continue to checkout", "add to cart", etc.), please try clearing your cache. The following link provides instructions for clearing cache on an iPhone and other Apple devices: How to Clear Cache. If you are using another device, I recommend running an online search for instructions specific to your browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Try a power cycle of your modem and router (turn both off for 60 seconds and reboot).
